  • What is turf infill, and when does it need to be replaced?

    Infill is the material spread between the blades of synthetic grass to help the turf stand upright, provide cushioning, and improve drainage. Common infill types include silica sand, antimicrobial sand, and rubber pellets.


    Over time, infill can shift, compact, or break down, especially in high-use areas or places exposed to pets and frequent cleaning. You may notice the turf looking matted, uneven, or less cushioned when infill is worn out.


    We offer infill top-offs and replacement as needed. If old infill needs to be removed (due to odor saturation or contamination), we use turf vacuums and extraction tools to clear it out before applying new product. Pet odor infill is also available as an add-on during cleaning for enhanced odor control.


  • Do I need to be home during the service?

    Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the turf area, we can perform the service. We'll coordinate with you beforehand to ensure everything goes smoothly.

  • How do I determine the size of my turf area?

    You can measure the length and width of your turf area and multiply them to get the square footage. If you're unsure, our team can measure it for you during the service.

  • Is there a size limit for your standard pricing?

    Our standard pricing covers turf areas up to 400 sq. ft. For larger areas, we charge an additional $0.50 per square foot.
